These Terms apply to:
Booking of driving experiences and track activities
Purchase of physical products and merchandise
Purchase and use of vouchers and gift cards
2. Services and Products
Smart-Driving.eu offers:
Track driving experiences and training sessions
Driving packages with specific cars, tracks, dates and time slots
Physical products (racing equipment, accessories, merchandise)
Digital vouchers and gift cards
All experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions and operational constraints.
3. Booking of Driving Experiences
3.1 Reservation
Bookings are valid only after:
Full payment is received
Confirmation email is sent by Smart-Driving
Each booking is linked to:
Specific date and circuit
Specific vehicle and experience type
Specific driver
Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing.
3.2 Driver Requirements
To participate, the driver must:
Be at least 16 years old at the date of the event (younger drivers may be accepted only upon prior written approval by Smart-Driving)
Be in good physical and mental condition
Have no medical condition incompatible with high-performance driving
Respect all safety rules and instructors’ instructions
A driving licence is not mandatory unless expressly required for a specific experience.
For drivers under 18 years of age, a written parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory.
Smart-Driving reserves the right to refuse participation in case of:
Unsafe behaviour
Inadequate physical condition
Alcohol or drug influence
Non-compliance with safety instructions
No refund will be granted in such cases.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling – Experiences
4.1 Customer Cancellation and Rescheduling
Up to 7 days before the event
→ Rescheduling allowed free of charge, subject to availabilityBetween 3 and 6 days before the event
→ Rescheduling allowed with an administrative fee equal to 20% of the experience valueLess than 3 days before the event
→ No rescheduling and no refund
→ The full experience value is forfeited
No-show on event day = full amount lost, no refund, no rescheduling.
4.2 Company Cancellation
Smart-Driving may reschedule or cancel in case of:
Bad weather conditions
Track unavailability
Technical problems
Force majeure
In such cases, the customer will be offered:
New date
Voucher of equal value
Refund (if rescheduling is not possible)
5. Weather Conditions
Driving experiences are outdoor activities.
Light rain does not justify cancellation
Heavy rain, fog or unsafe conditions may lead to suspension
Weather decisions are taken exclusively by Smart-Driving and track management.
6. Liability and Insurance
All participants:
Participate and drive at their own risk
Must follow instructors’ and staff instructions
Are covered by track third-party insurance where applicable
Smart-Driving and Rise Motorsport SRL are not liable for:
Personal injuries caused by improper conduct
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Consequences of incorrect use of the vehicle
Any damage to vehicles caused by negligence, misconduct or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the driver according to the signed damage policy.
7. Vouchers and Gift Cards
Validity: 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated
Non-refundable
Transferable only with prior written authorization
Subject to availability and booking rules
Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
8. Purchase of Products
8.1 Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods include: credit/debit card, bank transfer and online payment platforms.
Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt.
8.2 Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Smart-Driving is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
8.3 Right of Withdrawal – Physical Products
For physical products purchased online, the customer benefits from the standard right of withdrawal according to EU consumer protection law:
Withdrawal period: 14 days from delivery date
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated
Refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Driving experiences, dated services, track activities, vouchers and gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, videos) is property of Smart-Driving, Rise Motorsport SRL or their partners.
Any reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and EU GDPR regulations.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

1. General Information
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of physical products made on www.smart-driving.eu, operated by:

This policy applies only to physical products.
Driving experiences, track activities, vouchers and dated services are governed by the specific Terms & Conditions.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Smart-Driving in writing (email) within 14 days from delivery.
3. Product Condition for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for new and unused products.
The customer may open the packaging and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, as allowed by EU consumer law.
Accepted products must:
Be unused and not installed
Show no signs of wear, mounting, washing or track use
Be returned in original condition and packaging
Include all original accessories, manuals and labels
Products that show signs of:
Use beyond simple inspection
Installation or mounting
Track or racing activity
Washing, damage or alteration
Missing parts or accessories
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
This policy applies in particular to:
Racing equipment
Helmets, suits, gloves, shoes
Mechanical and technical components
Safety equipment
4. Excluded Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products may not be accepted for return once opened or used:
Helmets
Balaclavas, underwear, base layers
Personal protective equipment (PPE)
Custom-made or personalized products
5. Return Procedure
To request a return, the customer must:
Send an email to Smart-Driving with:
Order number
Product reference
Reason for return
Wait for written authorization and return instructions
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notification.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing
The customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipment
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Smart-Driving is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transport.
7. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned products:
If the return is accepted, a refund will be processed within 30 days
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
If the product shows signs of use or damage not compliant with this policy:
The return may be refused
Or a partial refund may be issued according to the reduction in value
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to:
Product availability
Compliance with the product condition rules
Shipping costs for exchanges may be charged to the customer.
